His leadership earned him the Retired Officers Association Leadership Award, reflecting his ability to unite people under pressure and lead with integrity. Following his Navy service, he joined the Beaumont Police Department, where his professionalism and investigative skill led to his promotion as Narcotics Detective with the Allied Riverside Cities Narcotics Enforcement Team. He was named Officer of the Year in 2007 for his outstanding contributions to community safety and teamwork. Jared’s commitment to education remained strong throughout his career. In 2014, he graduated from National University with a Bachelor’s in History, achieving magna cum laude honors. Today, Jared channels his energy into coaching and parenting.
